Design & Config Web User interfaces: Tailor web interfaces to match user personas 6Validate & recommend interface/integration architecture: Initial alignment on upstream and downstream systems integration architecture 7Integration framework design & build - Realtime API / Pub-Sub with common payload structure: Account for design of day-to-day integrations with external systems 8Unit test and support testing phase for scope mentioned above (web, integrations, sso etc) 9Go-Live support
