Job Responsibilities: Extensive knowledge of the Windows Patching process, Cumulative updates, and Firmware upgrades Troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft application security patch installations Analysis of latest patches for Windows OS, Exchange, Dot Net, MS SQL, and Applications Develop and test Windows security patch packages Provide recommendations for system automation.

Create and maintain reports for patch compliance and system audit data Perform virtual machine snapshots on AWS, Azure, and VMware platforms and can Restore operations on the aboveenvironments Hands-on Experience with Hyper V and VMwareMust Have: Proven experience of 7 years in a combined customer service handling or Managed Services role and at least 3+ years ofrelevant experience in required technology Excellent knowledge on troubleshooting and hands on in Windows Patching.

Good academic background with a degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computing or relevantcourse an advantage Experience of providing structured feedback and coaching others High standard of communication both written and verbal, must have prior experience with servicing and communicatingwith onshore Clients Capable of managing own workload with minimal supervision to tight deadlines Able to deal with challenging client and staffing issues in a professional and supportive manner and to see these throughto resolution Keen to offer ideas and solutions to develop the Managed Services function
