Subscription Executive :Location : Gurugram & Punjab Vacancy : 1 for Gurugram & 1 for Punjab (Female candidate)Minimum Qualification : Graduate , MBA Skills required : MS Excel, Google Sheets , excellent communication skills, Presentation skills, Negotiation skills, working knowledge of CRM Experience : Atleast 1-2 years in similar profile Freshers with good communication & advanced MS Excel skills can also be consideredWork Mode : Work from office only Job Responsibilities :

• Generate revenue through subscription sales
• Be the central point of contact for subscription activity and respond to all subscription enquiries.
  
  
• Collate and monitor subscriptions feedback from the customers
• Interacting with the customers telephonically, through emails or visits
• Sending timely Subscription Proposals to the customers
• Educating the customer about the Value / benefits of the Subscription Services
• Ensuring maximum possible conversion and retention rates e.
  
  g by improving the customer journey
• Ensuring timely delivery of the technical services to the customers
• Esuring quick resolution of the technical issues of the customers
• Ensuing maximum customer satisfaction through quality services.
  
  
• Maintain accurate and detailed Subscription database to provide timely management information
• Build strong relationships with customers to expand new business opportunities
