Junior Technician (Printing & Platemaking) : Full time ITI certificate in Printing & Platemaking Trade viz Litho Offset Machine Minder, Letter Press Machine Minder, Offset Printing, Platemaking, Electroplating, Hand Composing

Desirable :  Diploma in printing technology from AICTE approved Institute

Pay-scale & Level :  Rs.

7,750– 19,040/- (Level W-1)

Upper Age Limit :  25 years

Examination Fees :  Rs400/- (plus applicable GST) for all applicants and each posts

i) Selection for the posts will be done through examination which will be conducted 'Online', and will be of objective type

Probation :  The selected candidates will be placed on probation for a period of one year The period of probation may be extended by a further maximum period of one year at the discretion of the Company.

If the performance of the candidate is not found suitable during the extended period of probation also, his services will be liable for termination

Bank Note Press, Dewas (‘BNP Dewas’) an industrial unit of Security Printing & Minting Corporation of India Limited (‘SPMCIL’), is engaged in printing high quality bank notes of different denominations. Established in 1974, the press became a unit of SPMCIL during corporatization in 2006.

In the 40 eventful years of existence, the unit has crossed many milestones and earned the reputation as a reliable and potential printer and supplier of high quality Bank Notes to the Reserve Bank of India. The total manpower strength (Production, Control and Maintenance) is more than 1,000 employees.

Its Bank Note production during 2016-17 was 3,913 million pieces and it supplied 4,088 million pieces to RBI. The unit also manufactured 824.64 MT security inks of different varieties.

Situated on the Agra-Bombay National Highway near the famous Chamundeshwari Hillock in the town of Dewas, the campus is spread over in an area of 185 hectares. It also comprises of a residential complex (nearly 1400 quarters) with well supported infrastructure.

Security and Fire coverage is provided by the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) for the plant as well as transportation of bank note consignments to customers’ destinations. Captive railway treasury wagons / carriages are used for transporting the treasury consignments.
