You will be a visible and valuable member of our Global team, helping set the scope, refine the process, and execute this critical work for our businessWhat you'll do

• The Supplier Quality Specialist - Supplier Document control will collaborate with Material Science Engineering, Chemical Program Leader, Regulatory, Quality Assurance and Sourcing teams on activities required to effectively manage supplier quality requirements per specification for direct chemical raw materials including:
  • manufacturing of animal origin free product
  • traceability to manufacturing site
  • change control detail
• Primary areas of focus will be documenting chemical supplier material compliance by way of:
  • supplier surveys
  • interpretation of data received
  • Excel/Smartsheet file management
  • risk classification of supply
  • document evidence of compliance
• Liaison with Chemical Program Leader / stakeholders on metrics and supplier problem resolution to maintain progress and address high risk items discovered
• Report to assigned Manager to assure supplier compliance to Cytiva QMS and regulatory requirements through the supplier monitoring/survey process

Who you are

• Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Management System tools
• Knowledge in manufacturing of Chemical/food grade commodities is preferred.
  
  
• Ability to program and maintain Excel/Smartsheet applications
• Proficient in English speech and writing
• Detail oriented and organization skills required
• Demonstrated technical aptitude: strong background in interpretation of specifications, and manufacturing process planning / evaluation
• Exposure to the use of digital solutions in Supplier Quality.
  
  (ie Veeva, Magic, Oracle ++)
• Degree in an engineering, technical discipline, or equivalent non-technical degree with experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality assurance
• Proactive, self-driven, results seeking, with enthusiastic intensity
• Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate meetings and supplier communication in several global time zones.
