Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Work with the Center manager to ensure smooth function of the Amazon transportation operations in Faridabad
Work and perform station operations independently
Ensure enough bandwidth with the delivery team to ensure peak time delivery management
Improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement

Requirements:

Graduation in any stream, a post-graduation degree as an MBA is desirable
People management experience
Experience in handling teams is highly desirable
Experience in handling live operations preferred (wherein decisions have to be taken on the spot and actions needs to be initiated right away)
Knowledge of city topography and road network is an added advantage
Strong execution skills & action-oriented
Resourceful to identify the way to get things done using limited resources
Able to work under pressure situations
Adapt to work in ambiguous situations and come out with solutions as per the situations faced
