An integral part of the offering is excellent client reports The role is part of Operations function and is required for undertaking accessing Held-away account data via single report This service unable to access integrated report to the client to view, analyze and keep track of all his investment segregated in different investment instruments and held with multiple fund houses/DP/WM/PMSs

Core Accountabilities

The core activities/responsibilities for this function is mentioned below

ØData collation from multiple data sources, which is received from the client

ØRecording of all Investment and corpus transactions in client portfolio

ØStatic data updation like creation of Investment master, ICRP mapping, risk rating etc.



ØEnd to end reconciliation of clients updated data in miles with third party confirmation, XIRR checking

ØInteraction with various stakeholders for product understanding and process designing

ØPeriodic Interaction with Technology for issues resolutions, new deliveries, bug fixes etc

ØTesting of new reporting functionality

ØTest case review and Updates.



ØEscalation on Testing Challenges

ØEnsure Smooth Transition of UAT in to Production

ØHandling Queries on Client Reports

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:

·Minimum Post graduation

·Business Skills: Including deliver solutions and decision making

·Personal & Interpersonal Skills: Including communication & influence and collaboration

·Fair understanding of multiple Investment instruments like mutual fund, equity, bond, AIF etc

·Fair understanding of accounting and finalization

Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:

·CA/ICWA/ MBA (finance) or equivalent qualification from a reputed Institute with 1-3 years experiences in similar role (Fresher can also be considered).



·Previous experience of supporting operations of Mutual Fund, Bonds, Equity etc

·Knowledge of the securities market (Equity, Bonds, MF & F&O) transactions processing, recons, corporate actions and financial accounting principles
