• Manage & coordinate non-production environments across multiple applications and technologies
• Communicating and collaborating with QATest manager, Release Manager, and technical teams on Environment requirements, delivery and support.
  
  
• Develop processes to track non-production environment usage
• Co-ordinate activities of release engineers to automate the setup and configuration of testing environments
• Liaise with internal and client stakeholders to facilitate forward planning for the non-production environments
• Defining and Maintaining Environment Management Plan for various complex projects, across environment bookings, availability of Assets participating in testing, daily health checks and triaging issues
• Design systems to support continuous delivery and adapt test environment management to support on-demand and self-service automation
• Provide the initial point of contact for non-production environmental issues.
  
  

What you bring

• Good understanding of IT infrastructure
• Good understanding of standard SDLC
• Knowledge with engineering tools such as, Jenkins, Confluence, Jira or similar
• Experience in IT Environment Management in a corporate environment

Would be a plus if you have:

• Experience in the following Applications: IST/Merchant Account & Settlement (MAS), IST/Clearing (CLR), Data Navigator, Connex &/or Webpay/Digipay
• Experience in the following Tools/Sims: Test Rail, Jira, FINsim
• ISTQB Foundation Software Testing certification
• Knowledge of network message standards - AS2805 or ISO standards

Added bonus if you have:

• Knowledge of FISu2019 products and services.
  
  
• Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
• Knowledge of financial services industry
• Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
