• Good written & verbal English communication
• System knowledge: Windows & Linux OS installation and troubleshooting, data backup, antivirus, MS office installation and troubleshooting, Hardware knowledge and troubleshooting, etc.
  
  
• Network knowledge: Switch and Router basic configuration and troubleshooting, understanding on LAN, WAN technologies, IP addressing, structured cabling, Video conferencing setup & support, configuring IP Phones, basic understanding of Wi-fi technologies etc
• Perform regular network monitoring, Network report generation and key processes and reviewing network logs
• Taking care of user request for IT support, timely escalation of issue and incidents to higher management Following ticket management and Change management process
• Provide Technical support on telephone to remote users over remote services.
  
  
• Printer: Installation and sharing Basic hardware issues
• Support Real Time Control Centre (RTOC) equipment which includes Graphic Workstations, Display walls and Audio-

• Internet and Intranet Configurations
• Perform periodic system/network health check-up and maintenance to comply cyber security compliance.
  
  
• Performs other duties related to the qualifications and requirements of the job
• Perform structured cabling activities as and when required
