Job TitleSystem and Network Engineer, AVDPurpose of the roleThis position will be part of a transversal organization,Digital Transformation Services, and under the Corporate Platform Services in Digital Workplace Services umbrella organization Primary role of this position will be responsible for the platforms that manage corporate devices including design and deployment of enterprise devices and security solutions Using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, you will play a crucial role in the deployment, management and configuration of endpoint devices as well security and applicationsPrimary responsibilities

• End to end responsibility of Azure Virtual Desktop and VMWare Horizon platform
• Design, implement and support Virtualization Desktop solution based on business requirements
• Maintain existing solutions Proactive monitoring of the AVD services

Deliverables, main accountabilities and activities:

• Able to design and adjust architecture to meet the business needs
• Participate in solution designs, architecture, and analysis
• Implement AVD solution with proper documentation
• Implement group policies and conditional access for AVD
• Implement scripts (in PowerShell) for Automation
• Troubleshoot and support as level 3 solution owner
• Rapid response to the relevant incidents
• Collaborative projects when there's dependencies on AVD

Qualification

• Bachelor Degree or Higher in IT, Computer Science/ Engineer
• At least 3 years3 years in Desktop Virtualization platform and experience in Windows ecosystem (AD, GPO and etc.
  
  ) would be beneficial
• Firewall experience is a plus
• Knowledge of IT Solution industry trends
• Fluent in English both oral and written
