1Design and implement overall recruiting strategy 2Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs 3.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications 4 Sourcing candidates through various channels ie Naukri, Monster, Shine, Linkedin and also through social media and planning interviews.
5 Source active and passive candidates both 6 Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System 7.
Shortlisting resumes based on a variety of criteria, including abilities, a recently updated rsum, location, experience, and prior employers 8 Good communication and relationship building skills 9 Should have working knowledge of Excel management.
10 Independently handling end-to-end recruitment process 11 Should have basic technical knowledge regarding hiring
