Support Executive:
No of positions: 2
Work Location: Chennai
Job Profile:
€ Handle Customers issues at various locations in and around Chennai on technical queries and other issues on Tally ERP.9 and give them the right solutions.
€ Maintain log of the calls handled- Onsite/Remote or Telephonic for the day and share with the team head and team members.
€ Maintain high quality of customer support in the least turnaround time and with minimal escalations on calls.
€ Train the user on Tally ERP.9 and give quality knowledge on the features and uses.
€ Update in the suite CRM of all the calls/ work done.
Eligibility:
An Experience of minimum 1 year in customer support
Tally Knowledge or an Accounting background is mandatory.
Salary : Based on the Experience.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support
Job Description:
Interface with customers via inbound or outbound calls or via Remote (Internet) for the purpose of resolving routine customer issues with products or service.
Speak to customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures/script. Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns and provide the apt solution on the product.
Clarify customer requirements; probe and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
Confirm customer understanding of the solution provided and give additional customer education as needed.
Training on new features/product as and when required over a remote logins.
Communicate effectively with individuals/team members of the support centre to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests.
Updation of daily calls and the status of the calls handled with the team managers.
Eligibility:
€“ Excellent Communication Skills in English /Tamil.
€“ Fresher €“ Any Graduates.
€“ Knowledge of Tally ERP 9.
€“ Accounting background preferred.
€“ Salary: Based On Experience.
