• Balanced allocation of work to team members
• Guiding and developing team members
• Development of the Tax Practice and promotion of the Deloitte Tax brand name - articles in publications, speaker at seminars, etc

Qualifications

• CA-2-4 years' Experience in Direct Taxation
• Strong Technical knowledge
• Analytical skills & conceptual clarity
• Eye for Details & Innovation thinking
• Time and cost management skill
• Managing & Leading a Team
• Effective communication and presentation skills
