Designation: Team Head (Customer Service Internatinal Process)Qualification: Any GraduateExperience : Min 5yearCTC: Upto 5 lacs (depend upon work experience)Preference : Female / MaleNo of Vacancy: 1Job Location: AndheriJoining: ImmediatelyJob Description: Understand team goals and work on the monthly plans accordinglyAssess capabilities / expertise / experience of team members and accordingly plan work allocation with the ultimate motive of increasing productivityFollow up with the team for keeping a track of completed / pending work and based on criticality of the job decide on overtime / seek permission for completing the work on the following dayTo study, monitor and analyze the following reports (Variance Analysis) on a monthly basis: -Actual v/s Budgeted Cost -Over time (no, of people and expenditure) -No of Delays / On time / Before work -No of errors and areas of errorsGuide team for creating / updating master card for all models/designs/ products/samples accurately and resolve any queries raised for the sameEnsure order creation/ feeding in the system happens for all the orders after seeking confirmation from MarketingEnsure that the quotation / pricing team has entered data as per normsEnsure all details including client requests are entered in the system accuratelyProvide support and co-ordinate with Marketing Team in case of any difference between sample and Master DataCo-ordinate with diamond team, manufacturing team, Quotation team, Pricing, Trial, Master Order, Export documentation for any data required by the teamHandle and solve queries / issues of the team especially in terms of understanding dataBuild and maintain strong working relationship with Sales personnel / affiliates / customers and on a continuous basis understand their needs and concerns Handle new customer requirements Coordinate and follow up with the team to collect data and status of order from the team for client queriesEnsure the details/data provided to client is in proper format and as per the normsEnsure that the team / she responds to any / all queries or concerns raised by the client on priority Take necessary steps to avoid repetition of errors
