Role/Job Title:Team Lead-SQPE, Rural Banking Place of work:Karnataka Roles & Responsibilities: This role is similar to internal Audit /Branch audit profile Expertise in Liability and Secured Loans and knowledge of loans Shall handhold SQPE manager on day-to-day basis Shall perform Hub Audits for Secured Products along with SQPE Manager Shall perform branch visits with SQPE Manager for large branches Visit 2 branches in a month for SQPE Review Handle/guide the team for report publication, meetings with cluster & state teams, report follow-up & closures Preparation of PPT and presentation on a regular frequency with state/cluster teams Perform off-site and risk-based checks/audit whenever required, analyze various MIS and data to monitor compliance Ensure that quality of SQPE review work is maintain as per the standards Ensure the closure of reports and open observations on timely basis Identify pain points and highlight the same to Product team/ Regional Team Effective engagement with seniors and team leads on new initiatives & projects related to SQPE Guide the Branch/cluster/state teams for adequate corrective and preventive actions for the highlighted observations Secondary Responsibilities: ' Coordinate with other functions to close the reports and open observations on timely basis Identify loopholes in process and supervision mechanism that may lead to process/policy lapse.

Gain complete knowledge of the products and service offered by bank to conduct branch reviews in effective and complied manner Understand technology/processes/systems/products Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Strong team player, but equally good at taking initiatives.

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities: ' People & Stakeholder Management Strong Team player with the ability to get work done across teams Ability to understand vision of Leadership team and transfer this into execution steps on ground Own and drive initiatives identified by seniors Key Success Metrics: Candidate having relevant experience in Internal Audit/Branch Audit will be preferred Handhold SQPE manager on day-to-day basis Handle/guide the team for report publication, meetings with cluster & state teams, report follow-up & closures.
