Key responsibilitites To Achieve pre budgeted monthly Sales of 25 Demat A/C depending on the locations & monthly revenue To Manage 5-10 RMs & adhere to their Sales target To reach out to allotted branches/POS as per the route plan To ensure rollout of all the promotional and contest programs effectively Responsible for Activating and upscaling the POS/Br Co-ordinate and conduct the training of Partners/bank employees Follow and submit the daily weekly and monthly MIS Supporting the channel partner on joint calls as per requirement To have absolute product and sales process knowledge proficiency Educational Qualifications :- Graduate/Post Graduate/ MBA (Preferred) Requirement:- >4Yrs Experience in Sales, channel, for BFSI Products/services-Preferred broking Domain Knowledge Knowledge of broking , Capital Markets, Banking Must have Team handling Experience.

IT Skills Knowledge of MS Office, Internet etc **From Stock Market/Broking industry only (Male Female Both will do) CTC Depends upon the last CTC
