Team leader (Last Mile Delivery)- Ecommerce/Hyper Local/Logistics/Grocery/Courier *Further details: -* *Handled the Last Mile Delivery Operation * The shift timing would be from *6am to 4 pm* and 2 PM to 11 PM * Manage the team on the field- delivery boys * Ability to hire and manage a team of delivery boys * Liaison with other team leaders, hub manager and customer care * Meeting our high standards for customer satisfaction * Training and management of delivery executives and coordinators * Cash handling/reconciliation on a daily basis * Making Mis report using advance excel formula- V-lookup ,h-lookup, Pivot table, Duplicity Formula
