Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Ensure employee onboarding & 1st-month handholding happen for every new employee, this includes, encode creation before DOJ, documentation, etc & making the employee functional from day 1
- To ensure employee issues/queries are managed & answered as soon as possible with a customer-first approach
- Ensure sourcing through vendors & self-sourcing happens for critical positions, the incumbent should have the ability to take preliminary interviews and give their own assessment of a candidate, while following ABG processes like psychometric assessments, aptitude tests, etc are done in time
