Position OverviewThe Hyperion Technical Analyst will be part of the IT -Finance team contributing towards development of support of Financial reporting and consolidation applications using Oracle Hyperion (EPM) TechnologyBased in Bangalore, India This role will be working in partnership with technical resources on the Hyperion team , responsible for development, unit testing and documentation of enhancements and day to day support activities and new implementation projects within the Financial reporting and Consolidation applications using EPM - Hyperion Technology As a Ralph Lauren Hyperion Technical Analyst, you will be a part of a growing community that is Global in scope and operates across all of Ralph Lauren's regions & application disciplines Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Analyze functional specifications documents for optimal technical solution and development estimates
• Experience working with Oracle EPM Cloud - FCCS, Essbase Cloud
• Experience and knowledge of Hyperion Business Rules and Essbase Calculation scripts utilizing Calculation Manager
• Knowledge of Sql and windows scripting
• Configure application components, including databases, rules, calc scripts, reports, security and process management modules
• Creation of technical specification documents
• Creation of unit test plans & technical unit testing
• Perform performance tuning on Hyperion Essbase cubes
• Participates in system & integration testing and production go live activities
• Follow RL's development governance processes
• Contribute towards best practices for CoE to optimize development efforts
• General understanding of windows batch scripting and ETL concepts

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Must have proven ability to support multiple projects on an aggressive timeline
• Knowledge of wholesale distribution processes with preference of AFS experience

• Serve as a primary technical point of contact to discuss new requirements and provide knowledge of development environments and processes

Certifications:Oracle Hyperion FCC or Essbase/Planning Certification PreferredExperience:Hands-on EPM Hyperion implementation/Support work experienceMinimum one end to end EPM ImplementationSkillset:

• Multiple years of work experience
• Extensive experience in implementation and support of Hyperion EPM Applications
• Experience in Design, build, working in EPM systems with integration to other systems
• Experience in working across multi system / technology and integration scenarios with Oracle EPM systems
• Previous implementation experience of EPM cloud based SAAS solutions
• Desired in depth functional knowledge of Planning, forecasting and budget models
• Must have the ability to work in a global delivery model
• Demonstrates ability to communicate to partner with multiple IT domains
• Demonstrates ability to support multiple projects and tasks on an aggressive timeline
