Job DescriptionTechnical Delivery ManagerJob DescriptionA Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) of a core digital unit is responsible for managing the delivery of complex technical solutions for digital projects To be successful in this role, the following skills are required:

• 15+ years of minimum experience with at least 5+ years in global delivery management
• Technical expertise: deep understanding of the technology stack used in the core digital unit [Cloud, Data, Analytics, EAI, RPA], including classical software development methodologies, programming languages, databases, operating systems, and infrastructure
• Delivery / Program management: be skilled in management of multiple projects and have experience leading large and complex multi projects environment Ability to develop project plans, manage budgets, and ensure that timelines are met.
  
  Should also be able to effectively communicate project status to stakeholders and identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery
• Engagement governance, revenue management & program management of all projects being delivered within the digital services team
• Team management: Must have experience managing technical teams, including developers, QA testers, and other technical staff, should be able to coach and mentor team members, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative team environment Should also be able to identify skills gaps and hire new team members as needed
• Communication: An effective communicator, able to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders They should also be able to facilitate productive discussions and manage conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  
  

Technical / Managerial Role and Responsibilities

• Proven track record in managing end-to-end delivery of technical programs in the areas of Cloud, Data, Analytics, RPA and EAI
• Define and track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies ensuring they meet customer requirements and are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
• Proactively manage risks, respond to client escalations and troubleshoot delivery or engagement issues in partnership with the delivery heads to provide effective delivery governance
• Build roadmaps and program plans with track/project delivery leads

  Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure service level agreements are met
• Provide timely and accurate progress updates on delivery and business opportunities to senior management Organize mindshare workshops with the clients and practice units for potential new opportunities
• Deliver projects in different engagement & pricing in a global delivery model Create opportunities for organic growth within the assigned portfolios
• Provide thought leadership to create business value for the client Participate in estimation and scoping sessions
• Drive delivery lead sales effort and solutions demos with perspective clients Ensure delivery and contractual compliance across the portfolio
• Manage client escalations and collaborate with the Account Manager to negotiate with clients Implement best practices for managing expectations at all levels within Cyient and the client organization, reporting, communication protocols, transparency, risks, dependencies and accountability matrix
