• Minimum 2+ years experience in US Recruitment
• Sound Experience working on W2 / Corp-to-Corp requirements
• Sound Experience on portals like Dice, Monster, and Corp-to-Corp
• Understanding US Tax terms and Visas, Well versed with Corp-to-Corp, Contract-to-Hire, and Full time positions.
  
  
• Expertise in recruiting H1B consultants Citizens, EADs, and Green Card Holders
• Should handle full Recruitment life cycle Starting from sourcing profiles, screening, negotiating rates, coordinating with clients, follow up till offer and joining of the candidate
• Negotiating compensation to maintain acceptable gross margins
