Technical Manager Job In Lobo Business Consultants Private Limited In Delhi, Gurgaon / Gurugram

Roles and responsibilities: Should be able to evaluate technically each functional and nonfunctional requirement and come up with solution Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation Responsibilities also include root cause analysis, management communication and client relationship management in partnership with Infrastructure/Service Support team members Understand the Client Business and Prioritize things accordingly Diagnose Problems/Issues/Defects, and be able to communicate well with the clients.

Investigate technical issues with client integrations or internal system Guiding customers though setup/using of platform features and APIs Coordinate with IVR Vendors to troubleshoot and devise solutions Maintain documentation and playbooks related to Support and System Operations Work in a Change Management and Ticketing environment (Like Service Now etc) Qualification & Skills: B-Tech, MCA Should have 8+ years of Telco Project Experience Should have experience working with government to meet project timelines Experience of supporting Value Added Services platforms in an Operational environment Experience of supporting and maintaining ISDN voice network Unix / Linux system administration skills Familiarity with ss7 and GSM or UMTS networks Experience with Planning Tools like JIRA or similar Knowledge on Database operations preferably MYSQL Good knowledge and understanding of SMSC, USSD, IVR, OBD, MCA, RRBT and CRBT Experience in Application Support (preferably Java & CPP apps) Experience in handling XML, Jason, VXML type messages Good in English, Hindi to work with Vendors
