Roles and ResponsibilitiesAdhere to the process, policy and procedure, Lead the roles and responsibilities related to Hardware& Software Support for EUSS domainDesired Candidate Profile Troubleshooting desktop / laptop OS issues Support for standard software issues Isolate system issues; diagnose standard software issues and report hardware issues torespective Vendors Installation / re-installation / configuration of systems, printers, scanners Configure desktop and laptop as per the desktop/laptop standardization policies of BFL.

Installation / re-installation / configuration of in-scope client software / applications Installation / configuration of e-mail clients Troubleshooting e-mail client related issues Troubleshooting printer / scanner related issues Troubleshooting issues related to standard office software's (MS Office Word, Xls,PowerPoint etc) and internet client Support for local area network issues (LAN), DHCP client Install antivirus software and check virus definition auto updates Install approved patches onto desktops / laptops Troubleshoot print queue related issues, Spooler and other Printer issues Configure appropriate rights and permissions for accessing printers Remove virus from respective desktop / laptop with the antivirus software Maintain list of assets belong to location Provide Weekly Asset Stock report for respective location.

Educating users on the usage of the Service Desk System for call logging and trackingOperations and Support Provide timely resolution and effective documentation Contribute and maintain system standards Proactive and logical thinking in resolving problems Handling customer escalations and working with various internal groups involved to ensurecustomer success and closing loop internally through effective cross-group collaboration Periodically updating calls/customer as required Prioritizing the calls, analysing calls on response/resolution violations
