Acting as single point of contact for customer to provide prompt, efficient and high-quality service by engaging directly with Smart Commerce customers via email or through call if needed Working with other teams and dependent stakeholders to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support Identify contact drivers and potential recurring issues, and create the link between Operations, and the Escalation and Ticketing teams through contact analysis Acting as an advocate for our customers by reporting and acting on observed areas for improvement.

Dive deep into and analyze the root cause of customer pain points and partner with business teams for mutually beneficial resolutions that will impact the broader customer base Working with other teams and dependent stakeholders to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support Assuming responsibility for developing detailed knowledge about Smart Commerce product and features Driving projects that improve support-related processesA day in the lifeAs a Technical Support Associate in the CS/Technical Support team, you'll work on problems at a deep technical level not normally experienced in a typical consumer environment.
