* Troubleshooting experience in issues related to infrastructure, application components and networking
* Troubleshooting of REST APIs/SQL database/NOSQL database
* Tools: Sumologic, ELK, Moogsoft, Grafana or equivalent standard tools
* Previous experience as L2 support
