Technical Support/Pre Sales Engineer Job In Mitsogo Technologies Pvt Ltd In Kochi

Perform product demonstrations for both prospective customers and existing customers as needed

Attending initial sales calls and determining a customers business requirements

Decide whether the software or hardware needs adapting to meet the customers needs

Address customer calls and emails in timely fashion

Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution

Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues

Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team

Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues

Prepare accurate and timely reports

Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles

Maintain a thorough understanding of marketplace, competitors and industry trends in order to identify new business and marketing opportunities

Develop product reference document and product course ware for customers.

Key Skills

customer support, trouble shooting, Technical support, UK & US customer interaction

Proven working experience of 8months to 3years in enterprise technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer for US/UK.

Any previous experience with customer support, CRM, Mobile applications, ITSM/ITIL Methodologies and cloud based infrastructure will be preferred.

Willing to work in EU / US Shifts

Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux systems, utilities and scripting

Strong leadership, time/account management and organizational skills

Excellent customer-facing skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
