About The Role
Envision, strategize, plan, execute and manage the technology for Piramal Sarvajal
This role reports directly to the CEO
Role and Responsibilities
End-to-end technology management of Piramal Sarvajal
Understand and collate business requirements
Develop and implement solutions for business requirements
Identify suitable partners where required, perform selection process and shortlist
Ability to strategise and sell Sarvajal technology solutions to potential partners like Government, NGOs, Water Management Companies, etc
Manage implementation of the chosen solution with customisation & configuration
On-going application support and maintenance
Contribute and implement the Piramal Sarvajal strategy and vision as a member of the leadership team
Decision Making Control
Ability to decide on technology stack, scalability and non-functional requirements for solutions
Decide technology budgets
Recruiting decisions for the technology team
Negotiating tender and contract terms & conditions to meet client needs

Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
Essential Experience
Around 10 years of experience in technology with a degree in engineering
Held decision-making and senior roles

Knowledge of water machine industry preferred
