The Pune team is part of a global team that also has a presence in Zurich Switzerland, London England, Weehawken New Jersey and Nashville Tennessee Your expertiseYou have:- At least 5 - 8 years' experience in a production support role- Strong Scripting, Tooling, UNIX, Wintel and Database knowledge- Experience in Automation tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, automation anywhere, IP Center) - Experience with ITIL processes for incident, request, problem management, change and release activities as well as knowledge management- Experience in onboarding and supporting Azure Cloud based applications - Financial Industry experience is a plus- A natural ability to solve complex issues- Supported both packaged and custom solutions - Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)- Experience working in scheduling tools like Autosys- Very good communication skills, Collaboration skills, Good team player and Ability to multitaskYou are an effective team leader, capable of motivating your team to perform their best and who can recruit, lead and develop key technical talent keen to learn new technologies and build a solid understanding of the business context of the applications have the ability to work on multiple, complex and competing priorities at the same time a strong communicator, comfortable interacting with business and technical colleagues at all levels .
