Monthly Salary:

Terminal Controller: ₹ 32,000/- per month
Boat Master: ₹ 32,000/- per month
Boat Assistant: ₹ 32,000/- per month
Boat Operator: ₹ 30,000/- per month
Fleet Manager (Maintenance): ₹ 70,000/- per month.

Educational Qualification:

Terminal Controller: Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Computer / IT Minimum 05 years of experience in relevant field inculding operation of Boat / Ships

Boat Master: Diploma in Automobile / Mech / Electrical / Electronics and 2nd class Master certificate Minimum 05 years experience as Boat Master in sea or inland vessels.

Boat Assistant: 10+2 (Matric with 12th ) Pass and Serang Certificate Minimum 02 years as Serang in sea or inland vessels

Boat Operator: 10+2 Passed with 2nd class Engine Driver and Serang certificate

Fleet Manager (Maintenance): MEO Class 1 or Master Certificate (FG) with Degree / Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Naval Architecture Minimum 08 years of shipyard experience or Operation and Maintenance experience on Board Ships

Selection Process: Written Test / Proficiency Test / Practical Test / Interview.
