Hi,Greetings from Macropace technologies!!!We are currently hiring for 'Test Manager' position for Bangalore/Chennai/Trivandrum/kochiExperience - 14+ yearsWork Location :Bangalore/Chennai/Trivandrum/kochiJD:Test Manager with Agile exposure Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering discipline, Computer Science, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience as an Agile Coach.

8+ years of experience in IT At-least 5+ years of experience preferred in Testing space along with exposure to Automation 2+ years of experience in agile project management or project leadership role Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies, such as Agile methodologies like SAFe, Scrum, XP or Kanban Proven ability to lead multiple teams, collaborate with management and lead indirect resources Demonstrated experience in leading agile project development efforts including experience in agile project planning, lean-agile execution, risk management.

Knowledge of agile project management processes and tools such Jira-Align, Jira-Project, Test Tools and understanding of Jenkins CI/CD, etc Good written and verbal communication skills
