Major Deliverables / Job Profile: Hands on Experience in Catia 3D modeling and 2 D creation Concept preparation fo r different mechanism Parts, Detail engg Work, Co-ordination with supplier for Feasibility and Finalizing the concepts of Mechanism Parts Create Technical Proposals for New Concepts & resolution of Technical Issues to meet attributes DM U check and releases of the final design in the system as per customer guidelines, Preparation of DFMEAs, Finalizing DVPs.

T o support the resolution of SOP related and the Validation issues Good understanding of mechanism parts related to automoti ve domain Should be good at working on mechanism concept design using Catia V5 Good understanding of kinematics and basic design calculations for example leverages, etc Working knowledge in DFMEA/DFM/testing etc Detailed understan ding of DMU check, 2D drawing preparation and PLM release activities Experience in giving styling feedbacks for different CA S levels Basic understanding of regulatory requirements especially pertaining to mechanism parts Software:-Catia V5 and P LM systemsKnowledge:General Construction of Body Mechanism, Raw Materials, Assembly of Mechanism parts, Vehicle & Aggregate Regul ations applicable to Mechanism, Mechanism Parts Functions, Test Standards & Structural Requirements (such as Durability, Crashworthiness, Sealing, Corrosion prevention etc), Awareness of Interface with other aggregates.
