Client: Techcushy Software Solutions Pvt Ltd Location: HSR Layout Bangalore Experience: 3-8 yearsJob Summary We are seeking a UX Designer that is passionate about user experience and eager to drive growth The UX Designer, Platforms will be responsible for crafting our next iteration of platform products This role is pivotal to the strategic vision of Digital Remedy's innovative product suite, which aims to simplify workflows and democratize data for our clients and stakeholders We are reimagining our platforms that account managers leverage to recommend and activate digital campaign strategies and capabilities, and provide visualized intelligence and reporting, all via a re-designed and flexible user interface As the design Lead for this suite of products, you will work with the Product Manager, Insights and Business intelligence iBk) Tools, to conduct user research, define small bite sired product requirements, and design the overall experience using the design tool of your choice.

Our ideal candidate must have a customer-first mindset and the ability to develop and iterate on business intelligence products that surface data insights for internal and external customers This role requires a candidate with excellent cross functional skills to help define how our product, engineering and design teams work together Responsibilities Create user-centered designs through consideration of market research, business requirements, customer feedback, and usability study findings Create conceptual sketches to communicate design ideas as well as detailed design specifications for the finished product Produce usable, intuitive, and delightful interfaces for our clients and stakeholders.

Plan and run user tests and other design research to inform decision choices Evolve and refine our design culture, system, and workflow Quickly and thoroughly create diagrams, wireframes, detailed visual mockups and prototypes to communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors Work with the engineering team to iterate, polish and ship digital product enhancements and new features, Conduct remote and in person research Our Ideal Candidate 3+ years of proven ability in design and UX.

A proven track record of launching simple, effective, and elegant products Expert knowledge of modern user-centered design and research methodologies A real passion for talking to customers and stakeholders An excellent foundation in visual design, including typography, color, and composition Ability to follow brand guidelines, but know when to change them or break them.
