Liasoning with internal stakeholders for Capability Support & Project Management for D2C channels 5 DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) Timeline & Deliverables for projects related to D2CRequired Qualifications and Experience SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications & Work Experience Technical Knowledge & Experience o Background of Financial products with MBA in Finance/Operations or related fields o 4-5 years of project management experience with a financial services institution o Ability to understand development tools & integrate push/pull APIs in external platforms o Thorough understanding of development life cycle, development framework and methodologies and implementation with related to capability projects o Excellent presentation skills Personal Attributes o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- both verbal & written o Ability to multi task- work on tight deadlines and able to cope under pressure o Attention to detail and high level of accuracy o Strong problem solving/logical thinker and highly numerate o Ability to work with cross functional teams and multiple stakeholders
