Location for Work From Office : Anand Nagar, Sinhgad Road- (PUNE)Experience : 6 months - 1 year and aboveSalary : 15 LPA - 2 LPAFemale candidates onlyNecessary Training would be given to the selected candidateResponsibilities 1 Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office2.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (eg pens, forms and brochures) 3 Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email4 Can work as examination admin and assist in smooth conduction of examination(deliver instruction of exam, work as invigilator).
Requirements and skills1 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 2 Hands-on experience with office equipment (eg fax machines and printers)3.
Communication skills4 Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
