Skills Required - Experience in Linux on user management, Linux FileSystem, Scripting(shell/bash) Experience in Java or python applications support Debugging and troubleshooting a solution and provide RCA adhering to standard SLA Handson knowledge on Kubernetes application deployments, Terraform scripting Good Knowledge in Databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL Basic Knowledge of deployment & troubleshooting on docker/Kubernetes platform.
Should have experience in ticketing tools like JIRA, ServiceNow Should be an excellent team player, strong communication and ownership skills Responsibilities Candidate should be able to perform and deliver under large and complex env Should be ready to work under 24*7 working model Acknowledge and understand all customer issues and requests, take ownership, and drive the issues till closure with RCA.
Coordinate with Delivery, Support, Engineering teams and customer for patching/upgrades and deployment Should be an excellent team player, strong communication and ownership skills Document day to day activities, create reports and status of timely activities Automate day today repetitive issues Good understanding of ITIL Service Management framework such as Incident, Problem, and Change processes.
