Duties & Responsiblities:
- Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
- Follow up for issues related to refund & payments
- Giving Outstanding Statements Weekly
- Bank Coordination & preparing chequefor vendors
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of all accounts
- must have knowledge of Import Export related to band work.
- Need to have Knowledge of Bill Entry / Purchased / Sales entry
- Knowledge of accounting softwares such as Tally
- Knowledge of Data entry activities
- Knowledge of calculation & filing of the following taxes- Gst, Tds, PT
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
- Should be presentable with excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Petty Cash Handling
- HandlingPayroll
- Receivables and Payable
- Also can handle Import & export for Jewelry Company
- ID Proof - AADHAR / PAN card
