Job Description :Role : The Telesales Team Leader is responsible for monitoring and managing team of Telesales and service executives for BM Fresh/BM Renewal/CBS portal, ensuring lead generation and conversion into sales leading to revenue generation.Key Responsibilities : Monitoring and managing a team of Telesales executives and driving productivityControlling attritionSegregating and assigning leads across the executivesEnsuring that the executives meet the hourly/daily/monthly targets and sending reports to the manager on the targets achievedPeriodically reviewing the performance of the team, constantly motivating executives driving them towards incentivesTo ensure that the daily and monthly sales targets are met Analyze various reports to enhance productivity and conversions Achieve KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and productivity targets for the team DO KRA (Key Result Area) management and reporting Should be good in communication (EHT) Prepare and submit periodic Team performance reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly). Audit Calls and identify the training requirements of each Team Member. Motivating each Team Member, guiding, monitoring their performance and implementingCorrective actions as required. To ensure that at no point in time the team lacks supervision. Team Lead is responsible for staff retention Attending call calibrations with quality and training team. Preparing monthly TL review to gauge individual and teams performance. Client interaction as and when required; incorporate feedback into the system. Give timely & real time feedback with a view towards improving Operational and individual efficiency Absenteeism and attrition management Contribute to adding value to the engagement Scheduled regular coaching and feedback Monitor and maintain quality of interaction with customers.Part of Customer Support Operations.Work on Customer Quires and Ensure Proper Resolution.Understand the Requirements of the Line-of-Business (LOB) and work towards Resolutionas well as ensuring permanent solution on issues.Document all Information on the Work flow tools based on actions taken.Should maintain all productivity parameters based on published standards.Ensure Log-in hours are maintained as per set standards.All other duties as assigned by supervisor.Skills :i Good at English & Teluguii Good Computer & Internet knowledge iii Good Supervisory SkillsGraduate with overall 4+ years experience in Sales in BPO/Telesales/Telemarketing/Concept Selling etcShould be a TL on papers3+ year Inbound / outbound Sales Team handling experience is must
