• Should be able to handle Campus Recruitments efficiently
• Branding the organization using different Social Media sources, coordinating with Campuses to attract high quality talent
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Good knowledge of Computer (Word, Excel, Power Point), Internet
• Interacting with colleges and maintain a good relationship with management
• Keep healthy relationships with clients, this mostly requires socialization
• Need to submit daily report to management about prospects.
