Job Responsibility

Deals with, Antivirus Support, Printer support, OS support, Mac Support, brand support etc
Responsible for taking Inbound calls from Customers for Selling of Online Technical Support Subscription for Window based Computers/laptops
Candidates with 1 yr + Experience in Technical Sales Process in International BPO
Should able to Diagnose the problem in windows OS like XP, 7, 8


Job Description

Must have Software and Hardware knowledge in terms of common issues and resolutions like Virus, System Slow issues Printers and other peripherals along with Laptop and Desktops
• To achieve targets
• Should have Experience in Tech Sales Process
• Should have good convincing power
• Would be required to handle Customer Grievance
• Should be Comfortable with shift timings
• Excellent in Communication and Technical skills
Education Qualification - Undergraduate/Graduate - Any Stream/Post graduate
