  Tech (IT/Computer Science) from a recognized university (full time) with relevant 5 years of work experience as (Programmer/Software Engineer/Software Developer/ Assistance Programmer/ Tech Lead/Senior Software Engineer/Operational Manager IT / Network Engineer /System Engineer/Manager/Data Base Administrator etc) in the handling of IT related Govt.
  
  projects like – Management of computerized information system, Health Management Information System, Data Base Management System, etc) Experience in handling web portals and their update and Computer Networking
