Job Description : Fax documents through right fax and create separate docs for each fax Perform data entry of the documents, indicate the type of document, clear associated edits, identify missing documents and close out the casesPerform indexing for each document, separate them into unique documents, number them appropriately, allocate them to individuals and remove necessary edits, which are associated with the documents received. These edits consists of Medical Documentation, Insurance Authorization and Patient Documents Enter data into applicable databases and maintain effective record of casesPerform data entry with 100% accuracy for targets Highlight any operational concerns seen in the documents or process or allocation on time Basic MS Office skills (Excel & Word desired) English writing and oral skills adequate to comprehend things and communicate the same
