• Completion of all mandatory assessment certifications as applicable, if needed conduct Quality Checks as per defined framework

• Exceptional attention to detail Must Operate with urgency focus and discipline in a deadline-driven environment Proactive Team Player

• Highlight process related issues / concerns pro-actively to SME’s/ TL/TM

• Contribute to and participate in knowledge sharing sessions

Domain-Specific Requirements:

Required –

• Education: Graduate/ Post Graduate ( BCom/ BBA/MBA/ BA/ BSC)

• Experience : 0 – 12 months in any Domain

• Good working knowledge of MS Office tools

Desired –

• Proficiency in Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, German or any other foreign language.

• Knowledge of Insurance basics, any certifications from industry-recognized body is preferred
