Job Description
- Maintain, store and receive inventory
- To ensure timely QC and putaway
- Responsible for all inventory related operations including audits
- To ensure all the defective/excess materials are returned to the vendors
- To ensure all the discrepancies related to inventories are actioned and reported immediately
- To ensure that the inventory is stored in accordance to 5S.
- Ensure the warehouse operates as per SOP with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing and training WH team and establishing, monitoring and managing operations
- Review and prepare workflow, space requirements and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met
