Job Description * Drive operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing strategic program, in a large scale Fulfilment/ warehouse setup * Controls metric of the function & SOP adherence * Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies & vision * Maintain standards of health/safety/hygiene & security * Customer focused & results driven approach * Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

* Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling Engaging and assigning employees; following up on work results * Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results * Leading a larger team of 150-200 manpower * Exceptions needs to be handled with consensus *Generate reports for monitoring goods for related bulks and area * Ensure that all operations related matters are sorted out with relevant team * Suggest and implement improvements needed in the existing processes * Reconciliation and work with Ground Ops to close all issues within TAT * Live Flipkart value of 'Customer First'
