Job DescriptionDanfoss is looking for an enthusiastic Warranty Specialist Administrator If you are an experienced professional ready to bring forward your ideas, then Danfoss gives you the freedom to do so Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following

• Focus on processing warranty claims
• Management of technical and economic guarantees according to high quality standards
• Administrative handling of complaints (transactions, tracing, etc) in an international environment
• Intensive communication and coordination within the technical customer service for Europe and with the corresponding interface departments
• Communication with our customers in the context of warranty processing
• Creation of the customer claim cases in SAP System
• Administrative processing of goods receiving, goods forwarding, goods pick-up & goods bookings
• Checking, maintenance and tracking of customer debit notes

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration
• Very good MS Office knowledge and SAP
• Commercial Background is welcome
