Job DescriptionAECOM has an immediate need for a Workday Senior Generalist in Bangalore / Bengaluru, India or the Philippines Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, the following:

• Supervise a team of 3 people on Workday support activities
• Handles Workday support matters with discretion and judgment
• Triage Ticket is a key responsibility for T2
• Complete allocated checkpoint to assess unassigned tickets in T2 queue
• Review each ticket within 12 hours, re-assign to the relevant functional team or stay with T2.
  
  
• Label the ticket type: Enhancement vs Incident vs Service Requests or send back to T1 / Geo system leads (requirement clarification)
• Update ticket's work note at least once every 2 days
• Request for email approval for security role assignment request
• need within 24 hours, then send reminder, after one reminder then escalate
• review ticket work notes for approval
• attach approval audit checklist (mandatory)
• Perform routine HR Data Maintenance/Clean-up on unfilled Position, empty Sup Org
• Troubleshoot business processes that are stuck or errored
• Attend meetings with business representative and AECOM IT teams
• Assists in developing and interpreting Support team processes and procedures

QualificationsMinimum Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 4+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• Relevant experience must include 4+ years in a position performing Workday Production support
• 1+ year(s) of team leading experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Workday functionality
• Experience performing EIB bulk updates is desired
• Previous experience updating Workday foundational data such as Location, Cost Center & Cost Center Hierarchy, Work Schedule, Public Holidays, etcis preferred
