Workforce Planning And Analytics Assistant Manager Job In Currenex State Street Trust Company In India, Bengaluru / Bangalore

• Responsible for overall quality and accurate implementation of deliverables from the delivery team
• Explores large data sets and relational databases, perform analyses and identify unique storytelling opportunities
• Listen to client needs to align solutions with business requirements, availability of data and business prioritization
• Builds visualization that take complex information and make it more accessible, understandable and usable to derive insights and enable better business decisions.
  
  
• Transforming, Improving and integrating data, depending on business requirements
• Required to work on a wide portfolio of visualization projects, supporting multiple business partners
• Updating, creating and supporting databases and reports with key metrics to guide strategic decisions
• Build effective working relationships with client subject matter experts
• Perform statistical analysis of large data sets to better understand trends, relationships between variables, and to formulate predictive insights
• Establish collaborative relationship with internal clients including HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and HR Business Partners (HRBPs), corporate function and business leaders
• Provide consultation, analyses, data interpretation, and presentation manage all phases of reporting projects
• Design and develop metrics, intuitive reports/ dashboards, and effective visual aids that result in actionable insights with excel, Tableau

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree is preferred
• 5+ years of data visualization experience.
  
  
• At least 3 year of experience working with Tableau visualization software a MUST, experience with other visualization software's/tools is preferred
• At least 4 year of Experience with analytics, database, or business intelligence preferred
• Strong technical skills with expertise with MS Office Suite including Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent problem solving skills, oral and written communication skills
• Open mindset, ability to quickly adapt new technologies
• Experience in delivering projects within an agile environment
• Background in HR Shared Services or HR Domain
