Qualification

• Young Professional: Master’s Degree in Animal Sciences / Life Sciences / Biotechnology/ Biochemistry / Biomedical Sciences in relevant areas from a recognized University with outstanding academic record.
  
  Should have expertise in cell culture and must be well versed with molecular biology techniques Desirable: MPharm / MVSc with an experience of animal handling.
  
  
• Technical As2sistant: BVSc/ BPharm or M.
  
  Sc in Zoology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Biomedical Science as one of the subjects, preferably with experience in embryo or cell culture, laboratory animal breeding and maintenance

Salary Details

• Young Professional: Rs50,000/- per month
• Technical Assistant: Rs40,000/- per month

Age Limit: 35 years

Selection Process: Selection Process will be based on interview

The Institutes focus of research will be on Animal Genetics and Genomics, Transgenic Technology, Reproductive Biotechnology, Infectious Diseases, Bioinformatics and Nutrition Enrichment. The institute aims at translational research leading to the development of novel vaccines, diagnostics and improved therapeutic molecules for farm animals. The Institute plans to promote bio entrepreneurship by providing support environment for commercial tenants involved in the development of farm animal based products.
