Urgent requirement for Zonal Head BSQIG Location Mumbai Experience : 17-25years CTC: up to 20-25L Job Description Conduct surveillance and Branch reviews in an accurate and timely manner Conduct surveillance and Branch reviews in an accurate and timely manner Conduct surveillance and Branch reviews in an accurate and timely manner Transparent & un-biased reporting of findings, identify trends, analyse root cause issues and place recommendation of appropriate corrective actions (both short and long term) Ensure to share the findings with branch and zonal teams and coordinating with all stakeholders to get rectifications done and close the report observations within the stipulated time frame Suggest Disciplinary action against deviant behavior or deliberate attempt to process lapse as per the written Disciplinary policy of the bank Exercise subject matter expertise in case of conflicting situations as to whether an error exists or regarding the severity of the error Highlight the findings, RCA for the lapses, Action Taken and submit to Head BSQIG monthly Suggest checklist revision basis changes in the bank policies/ processes or industry progress.
