• Should achieve 100% Enablers budget in Fert & Non Fert as given by the company by driving More field activities & by covering all villages comes under the respective AMRO Area inorder to make good profit to the store
• As per the business requirment Need to work on Village-wise Enablers Plan & Identify 5 High Potential Focus Villages to increase Turnover and Market Share inorder to increase walkins to MGC & Earn good profits
• As per the company guidelines CCR,MER & CR % should be maintained to get good enough walkins interms of Fertilizer & Non fertlizer business
• Should achieve 100% of Budgeted Profitability by doing field activities regulary & focusing on profitable products inroder to Maintain Entire AMRO Area in good profits
• Need to Maintain Store Hygiene & Visual Merchandising as per the company standards by regular cleaness & frequent updations of Visual Merchandising inorder to increase brand image of the company & for customer Convenience
• Ensure SOP should be followed as per company guidelines by monitoring the stores and helping RSM'S to Run smooth operations in Entire AMRO AREA
